“Vrushchikam” Suspense Horror Thriller Movie Launched with Grand Pooja Ceremony
The film Vrushchikam, starring Mangaputra and Yashwika in lead roles, was officially launched with a pooja ceremony at Hyderabad’s Filmnagar Daiva Sannidhanam.
Produced by Shivaram under the Sri Aadya Nirmanam banner, the movie is also directed by Mangaputra. The event saw esteemed writer Paruchuri Gopalakrishna overseeing the ceremonial proceedings, while actor Kosuri Subrahmanyam switched on the camera and Supreme Court advocate Habib Sultana gave the first clap.
Mangaputra (Hero & Director): “I’ve been in the industry for 15 years, having acted in films like Pawan Kalyan’s Jalsa, Gabbar Singh, Sardar Gabbar Singh, and both Baahubali movies.
Inspired by SS Rajamouli, I consider myself his Ekalavya disciple. With Vrushchikam, I’m stepping into the role of both hero and director. This suspense thriller with horror elements is designed to captivate audiences.
We plan to complete the shoot in 45 days across three schedules in Ramachandrapuram, Bhadrachalam, and Hyderabad. Using advanced technology and high production values, we aim to deliver a quality film. We seek everyone’s support for this small-scale project.”
Yashwika (Heroine): “I’m thrilled to play the heroine in Vrushchikam. My character is unique and exciting. I extend my gratitude to Paruchuri Gopalakrishna garu and all the guests who blessed our film’s opening ceremony.”
