Ravam First Look Unveiled by V.V. Vinayak

Acclaimed filmmaker V. V. Vinayak has unveiled the first-look poster of the upcoming Telugu suspense thriller Ravam, lending early prestige to a film that is already generating conversation across the regional entertainment industry.

Produced under the banner of Tarak Film House, Ravam stars Prashanth Radhapu alongside Anushree in what is described as a tightly woven psychological suspense drama. The film is scheduled for its digital premiere on Aha on 6 March, positioning it strategically within India’s expanding OTT streaming market.

Speaking at the launch event, Mr Vinayak praised the film’s thematic ambition and narrative strength. He expressed confidence that Ravam, built around a compelling central concept, would resonate with contemporary audiences and bring recognition to its cast and crew.

Directed by Sriram Mannar, the film is said to feature a “gripping screenplay” designed to sustain tension while remaining emotionally accessible. Industry insiders note that suspense thrillers continue to perform strongly on streaming platforms, particularly when supported by focused storytelling and high production values — both of which the makers of Ravam claim as hallmarks of the project.

The film’s producer, Padala Taraka Rama Rao, has also composed the music, underscoring a creative dual role that reflects the project’s tightly integrated production model. With reported emphasis on technical finesse and cinematic polish, Ravam aims to deliver a visually sophisticated experience suited to digital-first audiences.

The executive producer is Karate Kalyani, who has been instrumental in steering the project’s production framework.
