“Janam” Set for Theatrical Re-Release on May 29
The film Janam, featuring Suman, Ajay Ghosh, Kishore, Venkata Ramana, and Pragya Naina, is gearing up for a re-release on May 29.
Produced under VRP Creations and presented by P. Padmavati, this Venkata Ramana Pasupuleti directorial first hit screens on November 10 last year, garnering attention for its sharp critique of political manipulation and its impact on society.
Janam sheds light on how political agendas mislead citizens, urging audiences to recognize and resist such influences. To amplify its reach, the team has planned a theatrical re-release.
Writer-director-producer Venkata Ramana Pasupuleti shared, “Janam is a heartfelt attempt to awaken today’s youth, who are increasingly swayed by distractions like smartphones, alcohol, and political handouts.
In the past, cinema inspired reflection, but now, films often prioritize flashy visuals, exaggerated violence, and hollow noise, raking in massive profits. We need to question the society and future we’re shaping.”
He continued, “This May, we’re bringing Janam back to theatres, with no plans for an OTT release. Suman garu delivers a compelling performance as a dynamic police officer.
The film balances commercial appeal with a powerful message, emotional depth, and gripping moments. We invite everyone to experience Janam in theatres on May 29.”
