KGF’s Rocky Mother Archana Jois Gets VV Vinayak’s Blessings for Her New Telugu Film

Hyderabad: Archana Jois, who earned nationwide recognition for playing Rocky’s mother in the blockbuster KGF, is set to explore another chapter in her acting career with a new Telugu film. The project, which marks the first production venture of Kishore Movie Makers, was launched at Ramanaidu Studios in Hyderabad on Wednesday.

Popular director VV Vinayak and actor Aadi Saikumar attended the ceremony as chief guests. VV Vinayak handed over the script to the team and wished them success. Producer N.N. Kishore sounded the first clap for the muhurtham shot, while Aadi Saikumar switched on the camera.

Producer Malkapuram Shivakumar, Siddu Reddy and Chikoti Praveen were among the other guests who attended the launch.

KGF Fame Archana Jois to Play the Female Lead

One of the notable aspects of the project is the casting of Archana Jois as the female lead. Her portrayal of Rocky’s mother in KGF brought her recognition among audiences across India. Vijay Raj Kumar, who will soon be seen in Delulu, plays the male lead, while Athithi Myakal, known for Arjun Reddy and Amitumee, has an important role.

Divakar Yedla Makes His Directorial Debut

The film introduces Divakar Yedla as a director. He previously worked as an associate with directors Ravikumar Chowdary and Ghatikachalam. The project is being developed as a romantic entertainer that brings together relationships, emotions and engaging elements, with an intended appeal to young and family audiences.

Speaking at the launch, Divakar said his aim was to present love as an honest and emotionally engaging experience. He added that shooting schedules are planned in Hyderabad and Kerala.

Producer N.N. Kishore said his passion for cinema inspired him to establish Kishore Movie Makers. He expressed confidence in the director’s story and said the banner aims to encourage fresh talent while maintaining quality production values. Vijay Raj Kumar described the project as a complete entertainer, while Archana Jois said she was happy to take on the female lead in a straight Telugu film.

With Archana Jois’s association, a directorial debut and the blessings of established film personalities, the maiden production has drawn attention at its launch. The makers are expected to announce further project details in due course.
