From Village to Silver Screen Director Machapuram Abdul Rahman Promises a Hit with Jh Jokara Veedu Hacker
Machapuram Abdul Rahman, a young filmmaker from Machapuram village in Nandavaram mandal, Kurnool district, is betting everything on his debut feature Jh Jokara Veedu Hacker.
After two years of relentless effort, a supportive crew and a focused budget of ₹60 lakh, Rahman says he is confident the film will resonate with Telugu audiences across both states and deliver the breakthrough he has long sought.
Background and Personal Journey
Machapuram Abdul Rahman studied up to the tenth grade at the District Parishad High School in Nandavaram. Born into an agricultural family, Rahman moved to Emmiganuru where he launched RR Digital and assembled a close-knit team of collaborators including Siliveri Venkatesh, Tiger Kaja, Naresh Gupta, Zubair, and Mahboob Basha.
Combining local talent with modern filmmaking techniques, Rahman has shepherded his first screenplay from concept to completion, driven by a single-minded goal: to prove his creative mettle and deliver a commercial success.
Film Synopsis and Themes
Jh Jokara Veedu Hacker is described as a gritty, emotionally charged drama that blends revenge, crime, seriousness and comedy.
The narrative centers on a protagonist who stages a dramatic body-double entry to redirect the attention of criminals and expose the injustice done to his mother and sister.
The film weaves contemporary concerns about privacy and manipulation—what the team calls “hacking attention”—into a revenge arc that aims to keep audiences engaged while offering a fresh angle on vigilante justice.
Key cast highlights

– Rajeshwari Reddy, a new face from Hyderabad, in a principal role.
– Naveen Chowdhary as a notable attraction among a largely local ensemble.
Production Notes and Industry Endorsements
Rahman emphasizes that the film’s cinematography and music are central to its emotional impact, calling them “the soul of the picture.” Shot with a mix of local actors and technicians, the production leveraged contemporary equipment and creative input from Rahman’s circle of friends and collaborators in Hyderabad.
The film’s first-look poster was unveiled in Hyderabad in the presence of actor Manchu Manoj Babu, who praised the poster and congratulated the young director. The endorsement from Manoj Manoj Babu has already generated early buzz and lent credibility to the project ahead of its release.
Release Strategy and Audience Appeal
Produced under RR Studios, the team plans a theatrical rollout across major cities in both Telugu states. Rahman and the unit are optimistic that Rayalaseema audiences, particularly those from Kurnool and surrounding districts, will embrace the film’s rural sensibilities and emotional core.
The director has appealed directly to viewers to watch the film and share their feedback, framing the release as a community moment for local talent.
